Change request system for Victoria University of Wellington

Victoria University's Financial Advice Team required a workflow management system to track and authorise financial change requests.

Heliocell developed an intuitive, easy to use system which allows for multiple levels of secure access, and workflow automation for the finance team.

The system allows an administrator to set up Users and Decision Makers, develop process milestones, and set up a chain of decision makers. Users of the system can set any number of milestones, and it allows requesters to view the status of their requests.

From the backend, the administrator has complete control over all steps in the process. Decision makers are notified by email when they need to review and accept a request.
